The streets will be OPEN from 1pm to 5pm on Sunday April 29th, 2018! Charlotte-Mecklenburg’s fifth Open Streets 704 powered by Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina event will be within walking and biking distance of the Plaza Midwood, Belmont, Villa Heights, NoDa, Optimist Park and Commonwealth neighborhoods. Come out and experience the 4 mile route!
